1 or 1/2 slices of avocado
Tablespoon of salsa
Cheese of your choice
Bragg Liquid Amino Acid Sray (found in most health food stores)
pepperchines for a spicy side sensation
A tip I have for those with dry skin is to put Avocado Oil on your skin and even for hair.
